Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING NOTICE 

Kindly note that all orders and shipments are processed on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders will be prepared and dispatched within 1–4 working days, depending on the processing schedule and order volume. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure each order is carefully packed and handled with care.


COURIERS

Local delivery (within Malaysia) All deliveries within Peninsular and East Malaysia are handled by Local Courier E-Commerce.

International delivery (outside of Malaysia)

We ship internationally to Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia and many other countries. All deliveries to Singapore, United States of America and Australia are made via EMS. Deliveries to other parts of the world are made via DHL Express or EMS.

DELIVERY TIME : Delivery time will take up to 8 -10 working days as all products will be shipped directly from our Asia warehouse for Peninsular Malaysia, 9 -16 days for East Malaysia and 9 -20 days for international deliveries.

DELIVERY COSTS : Delivery in within Peninsular Malaysia will cost at a flat rate of RM 10 for maximum of 2kg. Delivery for East Malaysia for Sabah & Sarawak will cost RM 25 for maximum 2kg. Any additional weight will be reflected upon checkout. International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination.
