As we are producing this collection according to the quantities received during the pre-order period, we kindly ask that you check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your child is between sizes or you prefer a little extra room to grow, feel free to size up.

Due to the limited nature of this pre-order, all orders are final and we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds due to sizing or change of mind.

Exchange & Refund Policy

At RUUUMI, we truly appreciate your support and want you to love every piece you purchase. We accept product exchanges and refunds under the following conditions:

Products must be new, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all accessories or free gifts included. Items that are damaged, incorrect, or missing will also be eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the same condition requirements.

All exchange or refund requests must be made within 15 working days of receiving your order.

Please note that no returns or exchanges are applicable during promotions and sales. Promotional items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns and will only be accepted for exchange or refund if the item is damaged, incorrect, or missing.
